Be guided by Regina through some important energy tools to anchor in your practice, and a guided journey of balancing , healing and cleansing. Feel so much lighter after these classes. Group meditations are more powerful than on your own and also so much more connecting, supporting and fun. Did you realize how much “Connection” is so important for our wellbeing and health.
